Japan is in crisis. The catastrophic earthquake and the tsunami devastated the northern Japan and precipitated a major nuclear crisis over the Fukushima Daiichi power station. The seminar attempts to explore questions such as: How well has the administration of Prime Minister Kan managed this twin crisis? What are the deficiencies of Japan's crisis management? What will be the long-term impact of the disaster on Japanese politics and its international relations?

Dear friends,

USJI Seminar “Two Paradoxes in Science and Economic Growth- Are we Heading in the Right Direction”? - has very human and clear message:
“We must think of the future as being as long as the past to ensure the survival of the human race”.

Dr. Hiroshi Matsumoto has presented and explained to us in brilliant form the Urgent Global Problems, as the natural resources currently needed by the industrial sector will be depleted within 100 years, and I thank to him very much as well as other Japan’s speakers and USJI.

For the last two months I have been attending a few Seminars organized by USJI. I was very satisfied with presentations.

My project – Kostovic/Biotechnological Energizer can contribute to a human being for healing cancer, neurological disorder, stroke, heart attack, etc.

With my second project – Kostovic/Tesla Electric Engine, the atomic fuel which runs the power stations can be replaced within one year, and bring to Japan tens of millions of KW yearly.

For the last 35 years of research I have achieved the goals which can contribute to a human race, as famous scientist Nikola Tesla has done one hundred years ago. He has contributed to a human race with his inventions as: the power station, illumination of the world with AC, radio, remote control, x-rays, induction and electric motors (the main propulsion for US air craft carrier is Tesla Induction Motor which is charged with atomic power)etc. He has been stopped in his inventions and betrayed by some businessman and some corrupted Congressman of US Government. His contribution to a human race is silenced even today in US. For example: the satellite communication is based on Tesla’s projects stolen from US Government.

I want to avoid Tesla’s destiny, and this is the reason that I contact the Foreign Governments, as well as the Japan Government.

I met the Kyoto University President, Dr.Hiroshi Matsumoto on this seminar, and earlier I met the Member of the House of Representatives, Mr.Yasuhisa Shiozaki.
I am going to send to them some more specific information regarding my projects. I would like to meet Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Japan Mr. Kazuhide Ishikawa, and discuss the possibility to move my projects and business to Japan if there is an interest from officials to make an arrangement. I will not hesitate to transfer my two prototypes in dissembled form and bring it with me in Japan.

These two projects are a new technology and are based on clean energy with no absolute harm to a human and environment.

I would be grateful for an answer regarding this matter.
