概要

Ageing issue is the top priority in developed countries. They will face the critical problems on increasing financial crisis / social disparity and reducing dynamism of economy by skyrocketing medical expenses and pension for older persons. It is projected 40% of population in Japan will be over 65 years in 2060.
Positive mutual cooperation should be made between Japan and USA on solving the serious global issues by ICT innovation with emerging applications and capacity building for growing ageing society. Outstanding experts from both countries, i.e. Japan and the United States will discuss the agenda. On this regard ,from perspective of Japan as NO.1 Super ageing nation on its lessons for USA, Silver paradigm shift with comprehensive Digital Innovation as solution models for creating healthy ageing societies can be contributed to new US -Japan relation.
