Official Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and A33 5G: here are the new protagonists of the mid-range

Samsung continues to renew its Galaxy A range, which recently saw the arrival of the Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A23, with the announcement of the new Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G, two smartphones with Super AMOLED displays, 5nm Exynos 1280 processorcapacious 5,000mAh batteries and main cameras with optical stabilization. Both are also protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and are water and dust resistant with IP67 certification.

The new Galaxy A33 5G is equipped with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD + resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. Galaxy A53 5G instead has a 6.5-inch display, always with FHD + resolution, with 120Hz refresh rate and with a hole that houses a 32MP camera with f / 2.2 aperture. A33 5G instead has a 12MP front sensor inserted in a drop notch.

The rear quad-camera system of Galaxy A53 5G is equipped with a 64MP main camera with OIS and VDIS technology which allows you to take sharp and stable photos in any conditions. On the Galaxy A33 the main camera is 48MP, always with OIS. The new Galaxy A series is also equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging.

Both are based on Android 12 OS with the new One UI 4.1 user interface. Samsung guarantees up to four generations of One UI and Android OS updates and up to five years of security updates.

The new Galaxy A series offers high data protection thanks to the Samsung Knox security platform. Using Private Share, users can also control exactly who has access to the files and for how long. Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G will also include the new Samsung Walleta secure system for boarding passes and credit cards.

Galaxy A53 5G and A33 5G also support the 360 Audio technology, which offers realistic, immersive and 3D sound, via Galaxy Buds Pro and, soon, also via Galaxy Buds2 and Buds Live. Using “Connect to Windows” you can connect the new Galaxy A series to a Windows PC to copy and paste, transfer files and even answer calls and messages.

With Galaxy for the Planet, presented in August 2021, Samsung is committed to taking concrete actions in support of the environment to help make the planet more sustainable by 2025. Based on Samsung’s sustainability commitments, Galaxy A series removes the charger And reduces the size of the packaging. The packaging uses recycled paper, while the device itself is made from post-consumer recycled materials (PCM) for the side buttons and SIM card slots.

Galaxy A53 5G will be available in pre-order from March 17th to March 31st with Galaxy Buds Live earphones for free. The retail price is € 469.90 for the 6 + 128GB versionwhile it is of € 529.90 for the 8 + 256GB version which will only be available on the Samsung website.

The Galaxy A33 5G will be available from the first weeks of April at a price to the public recommended of 389.90 euros.
